Windmill Group –  Client Care Coordinator (Homecare)

We are looking for a suitable individual to work as a Client Care Coordinator in the North Cork Area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive and dynamic, and who is looking for a challenge within a leading healthcare company based in North Cork. The candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills as well as having excellent IT skills.

Wide ranging responsibilities including:

  • Main point of contact for Service Users and their families
  • Main point of contact for a team of home care staff
  • Liaising with the CNM to organise in-home assessments and care plans
  • Developing strong sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals including Public Health Nurses, Hospital Staff and GP’s
  • Following up on all enquiries and driving new business
  • Assisting with recruitment and training
  • Providing support to care workers for carrying our reviews
  • Liaising with admin, accounts, sales and marketing, HR and payroll
  • Ad hoc duties as required

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Be dynamic, autonomous and a self-starter
  • Be organised and able to motivate
  • Have a professional demeanor
  • Have a good understanding of the healthcare system, with an ability to network and grow relationships
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Flexibility
  • Community based role (own car and full clean driving license)
