Our Care Services
Respite Care
We provide respite care to allow carers to take a break for a short or more extended period. Treatment and rehabilitative care are available for people post-surgery or recuperation after an illness.
Residential Care
Long term care is designed for residents unable to live independently. Our focus is to preserve independence through individualised social, recreational, occupational therapy and physiotherapy programmes – enhancing the quality of life of our valued residents.
Dementia Care
Killeline Care Centre is a community that supports residents with dementia or cognitive impairment within a dedicated dementia wing. Our residents living with dementia have their own dining room, day room and activity room.
Our staff work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including assistance from Disabilities in HSE. Our team deliver the highest levels of care, in a manner that is sensitive to their fundamental and individual needs.
The staff leading the specialised unit have undertaken extensive training in advances in dementia care.
Rehabilitation & Complex Care
We care for residents living with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health complex issues. We provide person-centred holistic care designed to improve their quality of life.
Residents with complex care needs are provided with a personalised care plan, which promotes their wellbeing and meets their complex needs. Nurses are trained in various disciplines, such as general nursing, intellectual disability and mental health. All staff are trained to provide specialised care to residents with complex physical, psychological or emotional needs.
Residents’ mental health and wellbeing are promoted through creative and individualised care programmes designed to maximise the resident’s abilities.
Your Care Team
In Killeline Care Centre we take great pride that families know their loved ones are in the best hands possible.

Health & Wellbeing
We strive to promote an optimal quality of life through a progressive approach to residents’ social and spiritual care. The Director of Nursing and care staff drive opportunities for intimate and meaningful connections to be built around residents of Ferbane Care Centre within the community we serve.

Testimonials
We want to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the loving care given to my mother. It was always a pleasure to visit her and witness the attention to detail and standard of care that was provided to her, and all your residents. We always felt she was getting the best possible care from understanding staff.
I am very happy at Killeline – it’s a home-from-home for me. My family are very pleased with it here too and they are comfortable with me living here. You are never along for too long here because there is always someone popping in to see how you are and for a chat.

Killeline Care Centre can be described as a community within the community. We care for residents from the local area and further afi eld.
