Each two-bedroom retirement bungalow is thoughtfully
designed for comfort and accessibility, featuring:

● Modern bathroom with anti-slip flooring, walk-in shower, seat & grab rails
● Fitted wardrobes for storage
● Nurse call bells directly linked to the care centre
Residents also benefit from:
● 24-hour nurse call system & CCTV
● Onsite caretaker & village co-ordinator
● Road lighting & landscaped gardens with water feature
● Grass cutting included
● Access to three-course lunch when required
● Access to onsite services: hairdresser, chiropodist, physiotherapist
Bungalow residents are also encouraged to join activities, therapies, and social gatherings at Windmill Care Centre next door.
These two bedroom bungalows include:
